Ray is a consulting industry executive with over 20 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility including Chief Consulting Officer, Vice President, Practice Director and Account Manager. He was a member of his firm's senior leadership team during a time of rapid growth. Ray's technical expertise has been focused on the development and implementation of comprehensive organizational design, process improvement, culture and managerial changes strategies. He has designed and implemented these strategies for over 50 companies and 200+ facilities in both service and manufacturing industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health care (hospitals), financial services, ophthalmics, photovoltaics, construction products, specialty paints and many more.

Vice President: Farhad Motiwalla - Strategic Communication Lab, Inc.

Farhad specializes in helping organizations grow and attain new business through strategic sales and sales leadership. In addition, he is a masterful coach in the areas of negotiation and persuasive presentation. Using powerful and progressive coaching techniques, Farhad is able to transform the way a leadership team thinks about every aspect of its business. Just as importantly, he brings a critical focus on measurable outcomes, ensuring that the key resources and activities needed to achieve breakthrough results are identified and supported. Farhad is passionate about his clients' success, A graduate of Cornell University, Farhad speaks English, French, Arabic, Hindi and some Italian. He has worked across many industries and around the world, from the Middle East to the Indian Ocean, the Far East, Europe and North America.

Today, as the managing partner of Eagles Nest Capital, LLC, Lewis continues to be involved in New York City real estate. He has participated in the development of a ground-up residential development and owns several small residential buildings in the city. He also serves in the roles of a pro bono consultant and board member for not-for-profit organizations.

Treasurer: Susan Tall - Competitive Edge Resources, Inc.

Susan Tall has over 25 years in strategic planning, management, financial analysis, operations analysis, manufacturing, training and consulting. Her experience encompasses facilitating, training, consulting and operations management positions with The Reinvestment Fund, Coopers & Lybrand and General Electric in addition to the formation of Competitive Edge Resources. Her specific experience has focused on the development of large and small organizations to achieve success through the implementation of customer-focused concepts and operational effectiveness. Ms. Tall has worked with a broad range of industries including: an economic development fund, child care centers, hospitals, building products, plastics, pharmaceuticals, home furnishings, textiles, printing, automotive and electronics.

Secretary: Jeff Taylor - RC Taylor Group

Since 1988, Jeff has been a principal and vice president of RCTaylor and Associates, Inc., a training, development and consulting organization that helps organizations and individuals identify needs, create objectives, measure results and be successful. With the sale of RCTaylor in December of 2008, Jeff continues his role as a business consultant to the new owners.

Jeff has worked with small, medium and Fortune 500 companies at every level of management providing services as a trainer, executive coach and mentor. In 1991, he saw the need for human resources and training professionals to exchange ideas, discuss current trends and network and formed the Executive Human Resources Forum (EHRF). He also serves as a program advisor for Vital Learning Corporation, Inscape Publishing, Inc. and Integro Leadership Institute, all of which are international publishers of training materials and assessment tools.

Thomas Campbell - Thorobird Companies LLC

Thomas Campbell is a founder and principal of Thorobird Companies LLC. He serves on the Albany Budget and the New York City Budget Committees of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing. A graduate of Colgate University, he holds both a B.A. in Economics and is an active Member of the Colgate Real Estate Club of New York. He also has a MBA in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School.

Tessa Henry - USAID Donald M. Payne Fellowship Program

Tessa is a program officer at USAID Donald M. Payne Fellowship Program, where she manages the new diversity program that prepares young and outstanding individuals for USAID Foreign Service.  A graduate of Tufts University, she majored in International Relations and has volunteered extensively both domestically and internationally.  As a former youth participant in Triskeles’ programs, Tessa bring a unique viewpoint to our Board.

Clemens Pietzner - Triskeles Foundation

Clemens founded the Triskeles Foundation in 2002 and Triskeles Inc., its subsidiary, in 2009 where he serves as its executive director in addition to his role as president for the Triskeles Foundation. Please see staff bios for more information about Mr. Pietzner.

Dave Silber - Citigroup

David currently serves as a Managing Director and Head of Americas Derivative Flow Sales at Citigroup in New York City.  David began is career out of college with Susquehanna International Group where he served in various senior derivative sales and trading roles across the US and Europe.

After leaving SIG, David established the equities derivative business at Jefferies and Co. and ultimately rose to the position of Americas Head of Equities.  David continues his journey to make the world slightly better than how he found it by remaining committed to his alma mater, Muhlenberg College, where he serves on the Board of Observers.  David also spends his effort with GLORY: Giving Life, Opportunity and Resources to the Young, an organization he founded with childhood friends.  David resides in New Jersey with his High School sweetheart and now wife Mara and their two boys, Harrison and Noah.

Johanna Gilbert- Vanguard Group

Johanna has over 28 years of experience in Institutional Retirement Planning Administration. Her roles at Vanguard Group include Data Administrator and Project Specialist, which have sharpened her skills in leadership, analysis, management, and strategic planning and goal setting. Her professional accomplishments have resulted in her achievement of the Corporate Award of Excellence. 

Johanna attained her BA in Economics and Italian Studies from Dickinson College with continued studies at Drexel University.

Previously, Johanna served on the boards of the Community Coalition and Citizens’ Advocacy of Chester County. In addition, she has volunteered with Girl Scouts USA, Boy Scouts of America, Leave No Trace, and Vanguard’s Give Back program. In 2007, her volunteerism yielded Johanna the honor of the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation’s Champion of the Community award.
