Some days in the kitchen areĀ hotter than others but the work has continued and creative dishes are inspired by donations from Chester County Food Bank and Sankanac CSA.

So far we have had an astounding supply of zucchini and cucumbers, leading to zucchini bread, zucchini brownies, zucchini sandwiches, stuffed zucchini and enough cucumber salad to last a year ( I may not be exaggerating).

I would like to extend a huge thank you for all of the donations coming our way! The kids are full of vegetables and we hope this program instills a love for healthy food and the joy and good taste of vegetables.
