The most common complaint parents hear from their children at the dinner table is, “I don’t like that”. Normally, this negative status is in reference to vegetables. As adults, time has been in our favor as we develop our taste buds and broaden our outlook on recipes through dinners with friends, in our own kitchen and at restaurants.

I have a secret, these kids WILL EAT vegetables and have EVERY SINGLE DAY during this program thus far. How do we do it? By incorporating vegetables into ordinary recipes:  Zucchini Brownies, Garden Salad, Cucumber Salad and Vegetable Chili are a few examples.

The great thing about recipes like these is they provide an abundance of nutrition without sacrificing taste.
