But that’s not all we did, we learned how to handle knives safely in the kitchen and how to cut vegetables safely. Chef Dobson shared the basics of knife safety and had everyone practice everything. Even though the cilantro taste test was not a favorite, it seemed that everyone enjoyed the salsa when it was done.
