Saturday, June 9th was a day to remember for members of three Chester County non-profits: Triskeles, The Chester County Food Bank, and the Parkesburg Point youth center; as well as one international corporation–The Vanguard Group.  A great crew of volunteers from Vanguard met and worked with youth from The Point under the supervision of Triskeles and Food Bank staff to build 21 raised bed gardens. These were transported to the Vanguard campus where they will be installed and planted to raise fresh healthy local food as part of Triskeles’ Food For All program.

This was a great day, the weather was beautiful, and everything got done efficiently and quickly. Congratulations to all.
