President - Raymond Schneider
Ray is a consulting industry executive with over 20 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility including Chief Consulting Officer, Vice President, Practice Director and Account Manager. He was a member of his firm’s senior leadership team during a time of rapid growth. Ray’s technical expertise has been focused on the development and implementation of comprehensive organizational design, process improvement, culture and managerial changes strategies. He has designed and implemented these strategies for over 50 companies and 200+ facilities in both service and manufacturing industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health care (hospitals), financial services, ophthalmics, photovoltaics, construction products, specialty paints and many more.
Vice President - Razvan Dominic Ionescu
Razvan Dominic Ionescu, CFA is Vice President for Global Markets at Citizens Bank. He is responsible for FX sales, structuring and negotiating customer FX transactions at Citizens Bank. Razvan works closely with CFOs, treasurers and controllers to deliver the bank’s international services offering. Previously with Susquehanna Bank and advisory firms Chatham Financial and KPMG, Razvan brings extensive foreign currency and risk management consulting experience with multinational companies, private equity funds as well as a background in public accounting and financial statement audit and analysis. Razvan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and a Masters in Finance from London Business School. During his spare time he enjoys volunteering, travelling, skiing, personal investing and spending time with his three daughters.”
Treasurer - Susan Tall
Susan Tall is the Chief Operating Officer at INTEX Millwork Solutions. With more than 30 years’ experience in turnarounds, operational restructurings, streamlining organizations, strategic planning and implementation, and advisory services, Ms. Tall serves as the Chief Operating Officer at INTEX Millwork Solutions where she is responsible for all aspects of business. Her keen ability to work in a broad range of industries in challenging environments while achieving significant results in a short period of time is her career hallmark. She has demonstrated an ability to be a strong partner, successfully serving in key operational roles for a variety of industries including General Electric and Cooper & Lybrand. Her consulting expertise positioned her to partner with corporations such as Ford Motor Company, National Envelope, Archbrook Laguna, Universal Supply, USLBM, Jeld-Wen, Patriot Manufacturing, MW Windows, Republic Windows, Heritage Kitchen Cabinets, Victory Refrigeration, Estee Lauder, Graphic Controls, Alcon Surgical, Mercy Hospital, Fairfax Hospital, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, GUND, Graco Products, Prologis, Plymouth Printing, Fairfield Manufacturing, Woodstream Industries, and CertainTeed. Her clients have included both publicly-held and privately-owned companies ranging from $20 million to over $2 billion in revenues. In 2011, she co-founded Hawkwood Consulting LLC, a private consulting firm specializing in restructuring and turnaround services on an advisory or interim executive basis.
Secretary - Jeff Taylor
Since 1988, Jeff has been a principal and vice president of RCTaylor and Associates, Inc., a training, development and consulting organization that helps organizations and individuals identify needs, create objectives, measure results and be successful. With the sale of RCTaylor in December of 2008, Jeff continues his role as a business consultant to the new owners.
Jeff has worked with small, medium and Fortune 500 companies at every level of management providing services as a trainer, executive coach and mentor. In 1991, he saw the need for human resources and training professionals to exchange ideas, discuss current trends and network and formed the Executive Human Resources Forum (EHRF). He also serves as a program advisor for Vital Learning Corporation, Inscape Publishing, Inc. and Integro Leadership Institute, all of which are international publishers of training materials and assessment tools.
Tessa Henry grew up in the Philadelphia area and first encountered Triskeles as a participant in our youth programs. She later attended Tufts University and graduated with a B.A. in International Relations. After graduation, she participated in the U.S. Department of State’s Rangel summer program, traveling and volunteering throughout South America for eight months. Upon her return to the United States, she worked as the Program Administrator for the Donald Payne International Development Program, leading a new effort to promote excellence and diversity in the U.S. Agency for International Development.
Currently, she is second year graduate student at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Ms. Henry co-chairs the Black Policy Conference, preparing for the annual forum which addresses issues affecting communities in the African Diaspora. Additionally, she is an active member of the Black Student Union and the Global Affairs Interest Group. After completion of her graduate studies, she will work for the State Department’s Foreign Service.
Ms. Henry is thrilled to serve as a member of Triskeles’ Board especially after benefiting from Triskeles’ internship program, which enhanced her own leadership skills and commitment to public service as a young adult.
Isaac Jones joined Triskeles’ Board of Directors with extensive experience in investment banking and financial planning. Currently, he serves as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch – The Wilkes Sports Management & Advisory Group in Wayne, PA. He has also held various positions in the financial and banking industry at Wells Fargo, JPMorgan and BlackRock. He graduated from Purdue University, where he earned a degree in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Finance. Following graduation, Jones played football as a wide receiver for the Indianapolis Colts and the Philadelphia Eagles. In his free time, Jones enjoys mentoring young people and coaching football at Cardinal O’Hara High School. His strong commitment to youth attracted him to serve on Triskeles’ Board.
Ryan A. McKenzie
Ryan McKenzie is an attorney and is currently in-house at Comcast. Ryan’s previous legal experience includes associate positions with Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, Mayer Brown LLP and McKee Nelson LLP, where his practice focused on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, finance and capital markets. Ryan completed his law degree at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Ryan’s corporate background includes experience in risk management at GE and as a financial analyst for PNC Bank. Ryan has a strong interest in youth-related causes such as education, economic empowerment and social action. Ryan is excited to embrace Triskeles’ mission and more deeply connect with our flourishing program developments in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
Clemens Pietzner - Triskeles Foundation
Clemens founded the Triskeles Foundation in 2002 and Triskeles Inc., its subsidiary, in 2009 where he serves as its executive director in addition to his role as president for the Triskeles Foundation. Please see staff bios for more information about Mr. Pietzner.
Clemens Pietzner - Executive Director
In 2002, Clemens Pietzner, with a group of colleagues and board members, created the Triskeles Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization which is dedicated to youth, philanthropic services and community building.Mr. Pietzner has more than 27 years experience serving in a executive role within organizations that serve and support local communities. Since starting Triskeles in 2002, as president, Mr. Pietzner is responsible for Triskeles’ growth, fundraising, strategic, organizational and program development as well as Triskeles’ socially responsible and sustainable investments, grant making and financial stewardship. Under his leadership, Triskeles has served over 3000 youth and has made grants in excess of $3 million.
Prior to establishing the Triskeles Foundation, Clemens was the executive director of the Camphill Foundation (from 1984 to 2002) ~ a public foundation focused on serving communities caring for and supporting children, youth and adults with developmental disabilities. Clemens served in the state governments of New York and Ohio. Clemens has a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from Earlham College and other training in not-for-profit management, finance and development.
Lisa Faranda, PhD. - Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Lisa Faranda has 30 years teaching, curriculum development, special education assessment, and educational administration experience. She has taught Literature, Writing and Reading at University of Iowa and Hunter College, and after 20 years at Penn State University, Berks Lehigh Valley College as Associate Professor of English, she served as the School Administrator, High School Administrator and Director of Educational Support Services at an independent private school. She is a board certified educational advocate and continues to help parents with educational planning for their children. Her writing life focused on publishing literary criticism and poetry, and in each of her professional roles, she was responsible for writing and managing grants to support her own research as well as projects sponsored by her institutions.
Hannah Davis - Outreach and Resource Development Director
Hannah Davis’ role includes grants management, volunteer coordination and marketing strategy. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University, PA. Her passion for service to individuals and the community mirrors the mantra of her alma mater— “faith, reason, and justice”. Hannah’s service with various nonprofit organizations in Pottstown, PA, located in Montgomery County, reflects her dedication to youth development in the arts, community gardening, civic engagement, and educational enrichment, as well as her commitment to empowering the individual through a connectivity with the broader community.
Robert Steininger - Chester County Program Director
Robert Steininger is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Forestry and Wildlife, and he is a certified Elementary Education teacher. He has many years’ experience teaching environmental education to children and teens. He has worked closely with Great Valley Nature Center, teaching, leading volunteer groups, giving public programs and helping with the daily functions of the center. Since 2010, he has been working with the Student Conservation Association and is a Philadelphia Community Crew Leader working with teens at Valley Forge National Historical Park in their Natural Resources and Maintenance Divisions.
Lauren Blood - Director of Community Programs and Partnerships
Lauren Blood is currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University completing a Business Administration and Marketing degree. She studied History and English at Temple University and completed Nonprofit Fundraising and Nonprofit Management Certificates at La Salle University. Lauren has over twenty years of culinary experience, growing up in a nutrition and farming based household. She is a chef and the small business owner of Fork Cuisine, which encourages the use of local, seasonal and organic foods. Lauren joined Triskeles in 2011 as the Program Coordinator to launch Food For All, a food access program that builds community, educates and provides fresh garden produce for local food pantries. Through her outreach efforts, Triskeles partners with corporations, nonprofits, faith communities, universities and civic organizations to install raised garden beds and to create engagement between program partners and local food pantries. She serves as the Cooking and Nutrition Director, developing curriculum for programs that teach and empower youth to make healthy food choices and provide culinary job-readiness training in the Philadelphia area.
Janine Spruill - Philadelphia Program Director
A native of Philadelphia, Janine Spruill received her BA in Film and Media Arts from Temple University. Upon graduation, Janine realized her passion for youth and community development. She founded a video production company called Lil Filmmakers where she trains young aspiring artists from disenfranchised communities to become professional film and media makers. Her work with Lil Filmmakers has been featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Philadelphia Tribune, as well as on local television and radio outlets. Janine continues her work in Philadelphia developing educational initiatives for social and environmental causes.
Marcin Jaroszewicz - Philadelphia Program Manager
Marcin Krysztof Jaroszewicz was born in Otwock, Poland, and later relocated to Pittsburgh. He grew up in the eastend of Pittsburgh until he received a full scholarship for service and peacemaking to Juniata College in 2008. There, he studied Human Ecology and Behavioral Economics. Marcin has studied and worked in Pondicherriy, India rehabilitating wasteland for fodder production at the Women’s Micro-Financing Initiative with the assistance of a Gates Foundation grant. He also spent six months in Mangaluru, India working on fuel producing composting toilets and had the privilege of shooting a documentary in Rwanda.
His professional endeavors have largely been devoted to organizing and activism, with a specific interest in working with young people. Marcin’s youth empowerment experience includes the creation of advocacy projects emphasizing environmental and economic justice. His youth work ensures that the voice of young people is represented in public discourse and that young people realize the power and agency of their voices. He enjoys incorporating various forms of media and art into programming, as an avenue to self-expression and impacting meaningful change.
Apart from travel, work and personal projects, Marcin is also am a guitarist and drummer. He enjoys trying his hand at other art forms, too. Marcin’s experience and interests reflect his values of justice and relationship building. Marcin looks forward to infusing his skills and values into Triskeles’ work in Philadelphia, sharing a team commitment to fostering the holistic development of youth.
Ann Aycock - Side by Side Program Coordinator
Ann Aycock has had 8 years of substitute teaching and therapeutic support experience with the Chester County Intermediate Unit. Anne was a volunteer with Side by Side for 7 years, prior to taking over for her exceptionally talented mentor, Laura Birdsall. A graduate of The New School for Social Research and New York Law School, Anne served as a criminal defense attorney with The Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn, New York.
Valerie Voutsakis - Administrative Assistant
A Chester County native with long standing interests in environmental sustainability, Valerie Voutsakis serves as an administrative assistant for Triskeles Programs. She earned her BA degree in Communications from West Chester University. She comes to Triskeles with a variety of work and life experiences, including a role as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Jeffery Allan Jones Memorial Scholarship Concert, and as a married mother of three children.
Michele Gerace, CPA - Bookkeeper
Michele’s experience in the manufacturing, financial and non-profit industries includes: general bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, internal audit(s) and business lead for departmental system projects. While raising her children, she keeps her CPA license active and continues to work as an independent contractor providing accounting services (bookkeeping, financial statements, annual 990 tax returns, etc.) to a limited client base consisting of a few local not-for-profits and directing boards. Michele holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from Shippensburg University with an added major in Accounting from Ursinus College.
Sebastian Kretschmer - Agricultural Consultant
Sebastian Kretschmer is an organic agriculturalist and social entrepreneur with 15 years of international experience in biodynamic farming, agricultural engineering, program development and social enterprises. He has designed farm based renewable energy systems utilizing oil crops for Pure Plant Oil (PPO) powered diesel engines. He provides his expertise as project designer and engineer to international development organizations in Honduras, India and Brazil. He also spearheaded the first structured, multi-year apprenticeship program and mentor network for biodynamic agriculture in North America, an accredited program now offered on over 30 farms across the U.S. and Canada. Sebastian’s education progressed from a classic European apprenticeship in biodynamic agriculture to a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy followed by an MS in International Ecological Agriculture.
Lekha Rao - Grants Research, Websites Design, Build and Management
Lekha Rao, (Pro-bono) has over 30 years experience in the information technology arena with State of Michigan, General Motors and Electronic Data Systems / HP. Roles have included leadership, architecture, business process modeling, , systems development and integration in the service of clients in multiple industry segments. As an enterprise architect, identified market needs to develop customer facing services and software solutions focused on the integration of the client’s business processes, legacy systems, web applications and technology infrastructure, so that clients could take action aligned with their corporate objectives. Worked with various technology product partners (example: IBM, HP, Oracle, Microsoft, CISCO) to develop solutions in response to customer RFPs. Served as member on GartnerGroup user advisory panels and product development boards for technology suppliers. Lekha has expertise in Website Design based on SEO, website development and management. She holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics.
